I’m Ellen Lopez, the mom behind the idea of all posts about parenting on this site. I’m an expert parenting writer and the mother of 3. With some parents I met on different online parenting forums (when I was looking for help with my son James) we gathered our experiences and applied several parenting programs. These programs worked with our toddlers, children and teenagers, even with the ones who had strong behavior problems. This is why we have been very particular about the quality of the programs we recommend. I still see so many parents who are struggling with their children and don’t know how to gain respect, build a strong relationship with their kids and give them tools for the future.
